Capt. Matt Stockstill
Captain Matt Stockstill has been in law enforcement since 1994 and has worked primarily in corrections with the Randall County Sheriff’s Office since 1998. Capt. Stockstill has steadily promoted through the positions of Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and in 2019 was promoted to Captain. Captain Stockstill is the Jail Administrator for the Sheriff’s Office. Capt. Stockstill has served as a volunteer firefighter with the Canyon Fire Department since 1997.
Lt. Evelyn Townsend
Lt. Evelyn Townsend has been in law enforcement since 2006. She started working for Randall County Sheriff's Office in 2009 and has worked mainly in corrections. She was a Jail Training Officer (JTO) for many years while at Randall County. She was then promoted to Corporal in 2018, Sergeant in 2019 and in 2021 I was promoted to Lieutenant over the Jail Division.
Lt. Nina Parvin
Lt. Nina Parvin has been in law enforcement since 1998. She began working for the Randall County Sheriff’s Office in 2000 and has worked primarily in corrections. Lt. Parvin was promoted to the position of Corporal in 2004, Sergeant in 2006 and in late 2016 she was promoted to Lieutenant. Lt. Parvin oversees jail support services which includes booking/intake, transportation, court security, arraignments personnel, and PREP (Prisoner Re-Entry Program.)
Lt. Tim Lacey
Jail Medical Division
Lt. Tim Lacey has been in law enforcement since 1993 and has worked primarily in correction healthcare with the Randall County Sheriff’s Office since 1994. Lt. Lacey was an independent contractor for correctional healthcare services with Randall County Jail from 1994 until 2015. Lt. Lacey joined the Sheriff’s Department fulltime in 2015 overseeing all aspects of the Correctional Health, Dental, and Mental Health of the incarcerated individuals. Lt. Lacey has worked in the Healthcare field since 1979.
